Shipping, Refunds, & Returns

Shipping

Once your order is recieved we will ship your item via USPS media mail, usually within 48 hours. If there is a delay in shipment, we’ll notify you.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Madison, Wisconsin area and select the local pickup option, we’ll contact you at the email you use during check out to arrange a pick up time and location.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us with your order number for authorization and further instructions.

You may return any product to us within 30 days of the original order date. If your return is due to a product defect or if you received an item in error, shipping costs will be refunded. For all other returns, shipping costs will not refunded and a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must arrive in sellable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.
